Shipping methods and cost
Shipping costs calculation
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during checkout based on the total weight of your order and its destination. Whenever possible, you will be able to choose between several available carriers and shipping methods.
Parcels weighing up to 2 kg can usually be shipped either by standard (non-registered) mail or registered mail, at your choice. Orders exceeding 2 kg must be shipped by registered mail, which includes a tracking number.
Please note that standard (non-registered) shipments do not include tracking or insurance. To avoid any potential issues, we strongly recommend selecting registered shipping whenever available.
To calculate the shipping cost of your order, simply add the desired items to your cart and enter your delivery address during checkout. The available shipping options and their corresponding prices will be displayed automatically before you complete your purchase.
Parcel tracking
Only registered shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can also access the tracking link at any time from the Orders section of your customer account.
Dispatch and delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2 to 3 working days after payment has been received.
Every order is packed with great care to ensure your items are well protected during transit. Handling fees contribute to the cost of professional packaging materials and order preparation, while shipping charges cover the transportation service provided by the carrier.
Delivery times vary depending on the selected carrier and destination. Whenever available, estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout before you confirm your shipping method.
Shipments to the United States (from October 2025)
Due to regulations introduced by the U.S. government, all orders shipped to the United States are sent exclusively via registered mail with a tracking number, no exception.
Shipping charges include transportation, import duties and customs handling charges. The total amount paid at checkout is final, and no additional customs fees or import charges will be due upon delivery.
Claims and return policy
Missing items in my order
Although uncommon, an item may occasionally become unavailable after your order has been placed. If this happens, we will notify you by email as soon as possible. You may then choose to replace the unavailable item with another product or receive a refund for the corresponding amount. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method as your original purchase (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.) or as store credit for future purchases, whichever you prefer.
Return policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- First and foremost, we are not responsible for parcels that are lost or damaged when shipped using standard (non-registered) mail. To avoid any potential issues, we strongly recommend choosing registered shipping whenever available.
- Returns or replacements are accepted only in cases of significant damage or manufacturing defects, such as cracked spine, broken CD, cracked vinyl or pressing defects that make the record unplayable. Minor cosmetic imperfections resulting from shipping, such as slight corner bumps, light shelf wear, minor cracks or damage to standard jewel cases or small dents to the outer packaging, are not considered grounds for a return. Every order is packed with great care to minimize the risk of damage during transit.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. If a replacement is approved, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item.
- If you receive an item that does not match your order, please contact us. Once we receive the incorrect item, we will ship the correct one at no additional cost and reimburse your reasonable return shipping expenses.
- Merchandise items (such as clothing) cannot be returned or exchanged due to incorrect size selection. Please check the size information carefully before placing your order or contact us if you need assistance.
- Certain items cannot be returned, including products specially ordered or manufactured upon request, custom-made products or personalized items. Sealed audio and video media (including CDs, vinyl records, cassettes, DVDs and Blu-rays) cannot be returned once the original seal has been broken, unless the item is defective, as well as items explicitly sold "as-is", including test pressings, promotional copies or products with disclosed cosmetic defects.
- If you wish to return an item because you made a mistake when placing your order, the return request must comply with the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Any shipping costs associated with the return remain the responsibility of the customer.
