Payment methods
General terms
Payment can be made via PayPal, Credit Card, Bank Transfer or Western Union.
Bizum and Cash on Delivery are only available within Spanish Territory
Customers worldwide can safely place orders using a valid credit card (Visa, Master Card, American Express, Diners Club, etc...) or a PayPal balance.
All prices are listed in euros (€). For international payments, the system or your payment provider will automatically apply the current exchange rate, and the converted amount will appear on your account or card statement.
Payment by Credit Card
Payment by credit card is processed securely through Stripe, one of the world’s leading online payment platforms. Stripe ensures the protection of your personal and financial information using advanced encryption and security protocols. At no point do we have access to or store your credit card details on our servers, making it a completely safe payment method.
Your account will be charged once the order or pre-order has been validated in our system, not at the time of shipment.
Refunds are processed through the same payment method originally used by the customer at checkout.
Why was my credit card not accepted?
Only the card types listed on the payment page (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) are accepted. Please ensure that the card you are using is supported.
If your card type is accepted but the payment is still declined, make sure that all details have been entered correctly (name, card number, security code, expiry date or any other required information).
If the issue persists, please contact your bank.
Payment by PayPal
Payment can be made securely through PayPal, one of the most trusted and widely used online payment platforms worldwide. PayPal allows you to pay directly from your PayPal balance, linked bank account or credit card, without sharing your financial details with us. All transactions are encrypted and protected by PayPal’s advanced fraud prevention systems, ensuring maximum security for the buyer.
You can use PayPal after creating an account on their website. Please refer to PayPal for further information on how to open and use your account
Any refund due to item unavailability or other issues will be processed via PayPal.
Payment by Bank Transfer
Your order will be recorded once you click on "Bank Transfer" and complete the checkout process. You will then receive an email confirmation containing our bank details, which will also be displayed on the website immediately after order confirmation.
To ensure your order is processed quickly, please include your order reference number in the payment description when making the transfer. Orders that cannot be identified due to missing references may experience delays.
We will ship your order once our bank confirms receipt of the transfer. If payment is not received within 7 days of placing the order, a reminder will be sent by email. If payment is still not received within 14 days, the order will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by Western Union
If you wish to pay for your order via Western Union, please select "Bank Transfer" as your payment method and complete the checkout process. Once you receive your order confirmation email, contact us to let us know you would like to proceed with Western Union. We will then provide you with all the necessary details to complete your payment securely.
Please make sure to complete your payment within 7 days of placing your order. Orders that remain unpaid after this period may be automatically cancelled. Customers who repeatedly fail to complete payments without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future orders.
Payment by Bizum
Bizum is only available within Spanish territory.
When you select "Bizum" and complete your checkout, your order will be automatically registered. You will then receive a confirmation email with all the information needed to finalize your payment.
Please remember to include your order reference number in the payment message so that we can identify it quickly.
Your order will be shipped as soon as the payment is received in our account. If the transfer has not been completed within 2 days, you will receive a reminder by email. Orders that remain unpaid after 7 days will be automatically cancelled.
Payment by Cash on Delivery
Cash on Delivery is only available within Spanish territory.
Orders placed with this payment method will be shipped directly to the nearest post office corresponding to the delivery address provided by the customer. Payment will be made in person at the post office when collecting the parcel, so deliveries are never made to the customer’s home address.
Once the order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. It is essential to check the tracking status regularly, as Correos no longer leaves paper delivery notices. The tracking information is therefore the most reliable way to know when your parcel is ready for collection at your local post office.
Please remember that by choosing this payment method, you are committing to collect and pay for the parcel upon arrival. Customers who fail to collect their orders without a valid reason may be restricted from placing future orders.
Payment by Cash and Money Orders
We do not accept payments by international money order or cash mandate.
We also do not accept cash sent by post.
