Calculation of shipping costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically during the checkout process based on the total weight of your order and the delivery destination. In most cases, you can choose from several available carriers and/or shipping methods.
Parcels weighing up to 2 Kg. can usually be shipped either by standard mail or registered mail, at your choice. However, all orders exceeding 2 Kg. must be shipped via registered mail, which includes a tracking number.
To obtain an estimate of the shipping costs for your order, you must first log in (or create a new user account) and add your delivery address. Once you have done this, every time you access the "My Cart" section, the system will automatically display the most economical shipping option available for your order.
Parcel tracking
Only registered shipments include a tracking number.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email notification with tracking details. You can track your parcel by clicking the link provided in the email, or by accessing your latest order from the "Order History" section in your user account, where you will find a direct link to the carrier’s website.
Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched within 2-3 working days after payment has been received.
We take great care when packing all orders to ensure that your items are well protected during shipping. Shipping fees include handling, packaging and postage costs.
Delivery times may vary depending on the chosen carrier and destination. When possible, estimated delivery times will be displayed during the checkout process when selecting your shipping method.
Shipments to the United States (from October 2025)
Following the new regulations implemented by the U.S. government, all orders shipped to the United States will be sent exclusively via registered mail with a tracking number, no exception.
In all cases, shipping costs will include the transportation fee, import duties and customs handling charges, meaning that the total amount paid is final, with no additional fees to be charged upon delivery.
Claims and return policy
Missing items in my order
Although uncommon, if one or more of the items you ordered are out of stock, you will receive a notification by email. You may then choose to replace the unavailable item(s) with another product or request a refund for the corresponding amount. Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for your order (PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, etc.) or as store credit for future purchases, whichever you prefer.
Return policy
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- First and foremost, we are not responsible for lost or damaged parcels shipped via standard (non-registered) mail. To avoid potential issues, we strongly recommend choosing registered shipping.
- Returns are accepted only in cases of serious damage to the product (e.g., cracked spine, broken CD, cracked vinyl or manufacturing defects that make the record unplayable). Minor corner bumps or light wear are not considered serious damage, all orders are carefully packed to minimize such risks.
- Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, while replacement shipping will be at our expense.
- If the item received does not match your order, please contact us. Once we receive the returned item, we will send the correct one at no additional cost and reimburse your return shipping expenses.
- Merchandise items (such as clothing) will not be replaced due to size errors. Please make sure to check your size carefully or contact us for details before making your purchase.
- If you made a mistake in your order and wish to return one or more items, we may accept the return provided it is made within 15 days of the original shipment and the items arrive in perfect condition. However, any additional shipping costs will be your responsibility.
